osteOXenon Flexible Cortical Lamina

Characteristics:
natural cortical bone lamina, enzymatically deantigenated to bone collagen preserved and partially demineralized to make it flexible.

How to use:
After skeletonizing the crest and exposing the site to be regenerated:
1) Adequately prepare the recipient site with strong transcorticals
2) Open the blister
3) Shape the dry graft with sterile scissors
4) Position the graft and fix it with suitable osteosynthesis screws
5) Eliminate any edges of the graft (with multi-blade CT drills)
6) Protect the grafted site with a slow reabsorption protective membrane

General considerations for use and precautions:
Cortical flexible plates are mainly used for three-dimensional bone reconstructions.
They must always be used, fastening them with suitable osteosynthesis screws and protected by a suitable membrane.
Indications of use:
They are used to create boxes inside which biomaterials in granules or paste are inserted.
